The Texas Panhandle Youth Sports Foundation Disciplinary Committee will
attempt to obtain all of the details from all of the parties involved in
an incident. Umpire(s) may be called upon to make a statement if
applicable.
Anonymous complaints will not be considered. It is strongly encouraged
that complaints not be submitted anonymously, as anonymous complaints
are much more difficult to investigate and verify. TPYSF will attempt to
keep complaints confidential. Any form of retaliation against a
complainant will not be tolerated. Any form of retaliation against a
complainant will be deemed a substantial violation.
