BLACKOUT FORMS ARE TO BE FILLED OUT BY COACHES ONLY
List any conflict dates your team will have for the Spring 2024 season. The season begins the week of April 1 and ends no later than June 6th. Games will be played during the week with most being Tue -Thu and weekends your team is available (please include any weekends your team would be available to play on the form below. This really helps to have 1 or 2 options if at all possible). Please visit with your parents about any school testing dates, school functions, church functions, etc. to list on this form. Also list any tournaments your team plans to participate in including local tournaments. We will still play the early game slot during testing as kids will get home in plenty of time. Spend time with your team and make sure you list all conflicts. Once the schedule is set it will be a forfeit if you can’t play a game unless your opponent can work with you and we have an available spot.
The deadline to submit a blackout form is Friday, March 1st. We need time to lay these out and just can’t accept any past that date.
We will post schedules the week of March 25th and games will start the week of April 1st. PLEASE SPEND TIME WITH YOUR TEAM AND MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE ANY CONFLICTS YOUR TEAM WILL HAVE.
